Holistic Nutrition Coaching

Weekly/Bi-weekly/Monthly meetings

Together we will look at your current health, habits, and lifestyle including diet, physical activity, supplements, health concerns/diagnosis, and health goals to find where we can utilize holistic health practices to promote balance within the body & life. The focus here is body and mind wellness centered around nutrition.

I coach a balanced nutrition plan centered around your goals, which means whole foods, clean water, proper sleep, exercise, and mental well-being practices are the cornerstones on which we build your balanced life. I coach both omnivorous and plant-based lifestyles and know that everybody is unique!

I also offer prenatal/pregnancy/postpartum specialized coaching. Supporting mothers by providing nutrition coaching, herbal and supplement recommendations, and education.

Health through the Seasons

Monthly meetings + Weekly education

Each season brings change, both externally in the world around us and internally (whether we realize it or not). Learn how to use nutrition, herbs, and lifestyle practices in alignment with each season to reconnect your body and mind with nature’s natural rhythm. Meeting monthly in addition to weekly virtual education I will help you detox through the spring, breathe in life throughout the summer, build during fall, and rest & reflect through winter. Sessions can start in whichever season you are currently in so there is no wait!
