Holistic Nutrition Coaching
Together we will look at your current health, habits, and lifestyle including diet, physical activity, supplements, health concerns/diagnosis, and health goals to find where we can utilize holistic health practices to promote balance within the body & life.
I coach a balanced nutrition plan centered around your goals, which means whole foods, clean water, proper sleep, exercise, and mental well-being practices are the cornerstones on which we build your balanced life. I coach both omnivorous and plant-based lifestyles and know that everybody is unique!
I also offer prenatal/pregnancy/postpartum specialized coaching. Supporting mothers by providing nutrition coaching, herbal and supplement recommendations, and education.
